The School of Education and the Humanities contributes to the UDEM Formative Model by promoting, through its programs and courses of general studies, the concept of humanism in its cultural contexts, the analysis of sociopolitical structures with an international vision, and the commitment to develop a society sustainable.

Likewise, from its different academic disciplines, it develops teaching and research with rigor and integrity, contributing to the extension and conservation of culture.

Innovative model

The UDEM’s Associated Bachelors of Humanities model is the only national program that brings together the classical humanities and the social sciences. For this reason, the UDEM is recognized in Mexico as "the University of the Humanities".
