- Recognize diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in various areas of clinical units, from medical history to invasive and non-invasive diagnostic and therapeutic studies, as well as their indication, usefulness, risks, and complications.
- Demonstrate understanding of quality, safety, sustainability, and standardization of clinical processes integrated under the framework of evidence-based medicine, ensuring their application from the initial patient contact to recovery in any public and private healthcare service.
- Perform preventive actions, self-care, diagnosis, and comprehensive medical treatment with the support of current technological resources available for comprehensive healthcare in the emergency room.
- Apply current national and international regulations related to the discipline and the provision of quality healthcare with an emphasis on patient safety.
